Sviatoslav Drach studied Information Processing and Media Cultural Studies (BA 2017) as well as Information Processing (MA 2019) at the University of Cologne. He has been working at CCeH since 2014 and has contributed to different projects (including Pessoa, Kleine und fragmentarische Historiker der Spätantike) in fields such as web development, data management and data transformation. He is currently involved in the Itinera Nova and DiBS (Creating a Sustainable Digital Infrastructure for Research-Based Teaching in Byzantine Studies) projects. In the Itinera Nova project, he is working on the further development of the CCeH software system for new challenges in large digital cultural heritage projects under a citizen science paradigm. In the DiBS project, he conceptualizes and develops a digital infrastructure for Research-Based Teaching in Byzantine Studies.
